Health Fare - World Challenge
Hello there! My name is Sumi and I am a local sixteen year old who lives in Birnam.
A few months ago I found out about a phenomenal opportunity through the organisation World Challenge. An opportunity to travel to India in July of 2017 to go trekking in the wilderness of the Himalayan mountains, volunteer in around the local communities of Delhi and possibly even visit the Taj Mahal! The volunteering work that myself and my team mates are planning to do, will evolve around physical labour (to help build/improve school learning environments) and we might even get the change to teach some English to the local school children!
I have to raise £3600 in order to go. Having organized several events to raise funds for this astonishing opportunity, I invite you to the Health Fare my mum and I are hosting. It is on Saturday the 2nd of April, 11-4pm at the Duchess Anne Hall, Dunkeld.
It includes access to sessions of Reiki, Card Reading, Yoga and many more amazing things to delve into.
Come along and have some cake! We'd love to see you there.
