Salle Ossian are running after school fencing classes for primary age kids on Mondays, 3.30- 4.30. We are now running classes across Perthshire, with around 50 kids participating each week and now competing nationally and internationally. Salle Ossian is the only fencing club in Scotland dedicated to the olympic sport of fencing. We are a not-for-profit community club, started under a year ago and are expanding quickly across the county. We are currently looking for a permanent space to base ourselves. Something the size of one badminton court would suit our needs very well. I see that there is some talk of a sportshall being built in and around Dunkeld and Birnam. How is that progressing?
