Free Gentle Exercise & Movement Classes
Gentle Exercise Needed?
Do your joints complain more than they used to?
Is your balance a bit shaky these days?
Could you do with some gentle exercise, a laugh and a cuppa with like minded people?
Then come along to the Guide Hall on Thurdays 12 and 19 March at 2pm and join us for some gentle exercise and movement to keep your joints supple, improve your balance and have a bit of fun. The classes will be suitable for everyone and you can even join in sitting on a chair if your mobility is restricted. The sessions will be led by local yoga and movement teacher Sue Atkinson and are being funded by Highland Perthshire Yoga and Wellbeing Group. If these two ‘taster sessions’ go well, more classes will follow in April.
