Many thanks to everyone who has joined the ‘Trees not Turbines’ campaign. We hope thousands of people living in the communities of Highland Perthshire will join. The feeling is that ‘Enough is Enough.’ We already have 82 wind turbines operating in the Dunkeld & Birnam area.
The community is now drowning under 10 new applications for a further 107 wind turbines across our landscape ranging from Butterstone & Forneth in the East, to the forests of Craigvinean up to Calliachar in the West. Many of us feel that ‘Enough is Enough.’ It is time to stop further windfarm expansion.
Please join our campaign to save Dunkeld & Birnam's outstanding scenic beauty by adding your name and comments at www.treesnotturbines.co.uk and pass the link to your friends, family and anyone else who cares about the future of our local environment.
